These general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GCS") govern the contractual relationship between A.S RETRO (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "the seller") and the user of the www.fiberfrance.fr website (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the customer") for any order placed on the site.

  1. SUBJECT

    The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the terms and conditions of sale of the products or services offered on the www.fiberfrance.fr website. These GCS prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by us.

  2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

    On our website www.fiberfrance.fr, we offer the sale of products according to the terms and conditions specified for each product or service. The photographs and descriptions of the products presented on the site are non-contractual.

  3. PRICE

    Prices of products and services are quoted in euros and are subject to change without notice. They do not include delivery charges, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery costs are specified when the order is placed.

  4. ORDERS

    You can place an order on our site by selecting the products or services you require and following the order process. Once you have placed your order, a summary will be sent to you by e-mail. The order will only be considered accepted once payment has been confirmed.

  5. PAYMENT

    The buyer can choose between the following methods of payment:
    - Stripe (Credit card)
    - Paypal
    - Payment in 3/4 instalments (Oney)

    Payment must be made within 10 days of order confirmation. After this period, the products will be put back on sale and the order will be considered as cancelled.

    The seller also reserves the right to suspend all order processing and deliveries in the event of refusal to authorize payment by credit card by officially accredited organizations or in the event of non-payment.

  6. DELIVERY

    For orders placed before 7 a.m. (excluding weekends and public holidays), your parcel will be dispatched the same day. We will then provide you with a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your delivery online. Delivery times vary according to the postal service and the destination of your order.

    Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

    They are delivered to the address indicated on the order form, unless otherwise specified by the purchaser at the time of ordering.

    The seller cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of products in the event of inaccurate or non-existent addresses, nor for delays caused by the post office. It is therefore advisable for the buyer to check the accuracy of his address before validation and to contact the seller as soon as possible if he thinks that an error has occurred. Otherwise, no claims will be accepted.

    Similarly, the buyer should contact the seller in the event of problems with the delivery of his order or contact his post office and not accept a damaged letter or parcel.

    The exchange of any product declared, subsequently, damaged during transport, without any reservation having been issued upon receipt of the package, will not be accepted. The seller cannot be held responsible in this case.

  7. DELIVERY PROBLEM

    Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged parcel, broken products, etc.) must be reported to the seller within 24 working hours of receipt of the order.

    At the same time, the buyer must confirm this anomaly (complaint to the post office) within four working days (excluding public holidays) of the delivery date by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, setting out the said complaints.

    The consumer must send a copy of this letter to the seller/ Without a copy of the complaint letter sent to the postal services, no complaint will be taken into account.

    Without this statement, the seller does not offer any exchange or refund.

  8. DELIVERY ERROR

    The purchaser must notify the seller of any claim of delivery error within 24 working hours of receipt of the order. After this period, all claims will be rejected.

    This claim can only be made by e-mail.

    Any complaint not carried out in the rules defined above and within the time limits could not be taken into account and will release the salesman from any responsibility with respect to the purchaser.

    In the event of a delivery or exchange error, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned by the purchaser at his/her expense.

    All returns must be notified in advance to the seller, who will return the package to the address indicated.

    Return shipping costs are borne by the seller, unless the product does not correspond to the original declaration made by the consumer.

  9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returned products must be in their original condition and accompanied by any accessories.

  10. RESPONSIBILITY

    We make every reasonable effort to ensure the availability and security of the site, and the accuracy of the information published on it. However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, unavailability or damage resulting from use of the site.

  11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
