Our turnaround times
For all orders placed :
- before 7 a.m. (excluding weekends and public holidays), the parcel will be dispatched the same day.
- after 7 a.m., they will be dispatched the next morning.
- Friday after 7 a.m. (weekends and public holidays), the mail will be dispatched on Monday morning.
Whichever delivery method you choose, a tracking number will be sent to you by email and in your customer area as soon as your order is dispatched.
Home delivery without signature in 48/72 hours (LaPoste)
Tracked letters are delivered within 48 hours. As soon as the item is dispatched, a tracking number is sent by email and in the customer area, so that you can follow its progress.

48-hour home delivery without signature (Colissimo)
Colissimo without signature is delivered within 48 hours directly to the letterbox. In case of absence and if the mailbox is too small, a notice of passage is left in order to allow :
- choose a new delivery date on the Post Office website.
or
- pick it up the next day from 3 p.m. at the post office closest to the delivery address.

Colissimo with signature is delivered within 48 hours. In case of absence, a notice of passage is left to allow :

48-hour collection point delivery (Colissimo)
La Poste : La commande est livrée dans le bureau La Poste de votre choix sous 48 heures. Dès que le colis est disponible, un sms ou un email vous en informe. Pickup Relay: Your order is delivered to one of the many Pickup network retailers near your home or workplace within 48 hours. As soon as the parcel is available, an SMS or email will inform you. Pick-up station: Your order is delivered to one of the 500 automatic pick-up lockers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, within 48 hours. As soon as the parcel is available, a text message or email informs you. The parcel must be collected within 3 working days. On average, La Poste delivers within 48 to 72 hours anywhere in mainland France.
48-hour delivery to pick-up points (Mondial Relay)
The order is delivered by Mondial Relay (metropolitan France only) to a retailer near you. When selecting the delivery method, all Mondial Relay Points and their opening hours are listed. When the parcel is dispatched, a tracking number is sent by email and in the customer area, so that you can follow its progress. An SMS or email is sent to inform you of its availability. The parcel must be collected from the Mondial Relay store selected within 15 working days.
